Our orchestra helps you to get tuned for Christmas not only with its festive concerts. In our Advent section, we spend the time till Christmas with musical gift ideas, our musicians’ festive recipes, and many surprises. It’s worth to join us. If you don’t want to miss anything, keep an eye on our facebook page, as well – and share the Advent with our ensemble, on our sites and at the concert hall, too.

     Schubert: Death and the Maiden (string quartet and symphonic transcription)
Schubert’s work, originally written for string quartet, was played by the Pannon Philharmonic in András Vass permanent conductor’s transcription, in May 2013. That concert is the base of the recently released CD.
The CDs, published by the Pannon Philharmonic:
1. Schubert: Death and the Maiden (string quartet version)
2. András Vass −Schubert: Death and the Maiden (symphonic transcription)
3. Double CD with both versions performed by musicians of the Pannon Philharmonic

At our box office, also a lot of music-related gift ideas are waiting for the audience. For the kids, we offer books and board games; for the grown-ups tasteful souvenirs from Holland and tickets for the Pannon Philharmonic concerts – in gift envelopes.
On Wednesdays, the audience members who buy tickets for more than HUF 10 000 get gift envelopes from us.
