Pannon Philharmonic

In 2010, the orchestra launched a talent supporting programme in order to give a chance for debuts to the excellently talented musician students who live in Pécs or its surroundings.
In Hungary’s classical music scene, Pécs central role is determinative; the Pannon Philharmonic’s talent supporting activity is modell-like. The students who are selected at the annually held auditions get the opportunity to show their exceptional abilities and knowledge at the musical palace of the region, at the Kodály Centre, accompanied by the Pannon Philharmonic. So in the past years, we could witness and help the first steps on a symphonic orchestra stage of Ádám Balogh, Kármen Stephany Boateng, Misi Boros and Zsófi Mohai –among others.
