Education:
Twelve years of piano studies at the Targu Mures Arts Lyceum; two years of private study with the composer Boldizsár Csíky; Balthasar five years of conducting study led by  Ervin Lukács, András Ligeti, and Tamás Gál, after having admitted with maximum score to Franz Liszt Academy of Music Conducting Faculty.

1995-1997: keyboard artist at the Targu Mures State Philharmonic Orchestra (piano and celesta)
2005-2006: assistant to Maestro Iván Fischer at the Budapest Festival Orchestra, after a successfully winning an international recording competition, on which more than 50 candidates from 17 countries took part.
From September 2006: teaching conductor at the Budapest Festival Orchestra, contracted, working on request,
From the fall 2009: permanent conductor at the Pannon Philharmonic.
