About the Programme

As a national orchestra, The Pannon Philharmonic performs regularly in the countries of the Southern Cultural Region. Between 22 September and 3 October 2017, there will be organised the 47th Varazdin Baroque Evenings – Croatian International Festival, whose this year’s partner country is Hungary. The concerts and events evoking baroque pomp attract about ten thousand visitors. The Pannon Philharmonic has got invited to this prestigious festival tank to its conscious engagement to professional work preferring the authentic baroque performance style. The ensemble joined to the Pannon Philharmonic Festival Choir is going to be led by its chief conductor Maestro Tibor Bogányi on 24 September.
