About the Programme

The history of wine-song is dated from antiquity; the turbulent emotion following wine consumption inspired the poets of ancient times, too. In the Hungarian literature and music, this genre got especially popular in the 19th century. At the concert, our audience can hear a selection of the most important wine-songs of the music history.

Before the gala concert, from 4.30pm, the 19 most important wineries have a wine show of their wines of the highest quality.
