About the Programme

The city of Pécs means the “origo” of many, now nationally and internationally renowned musicians. For this reason, year after year, it is worth keeping track of the Pannon Philharmonic's Masters and Their Pupils talent support programme, which aims that the orchestra gives an opportunity to the most gifted young people in the field of music to introduce themselves. The audience could see Misi Boros in a solo role for the first time on the stage of the Kodály Centre in the frame of this series; but since then, the exceptional program has been promoting discovery of more and more talent. Young talents their abilities with instruments in their hands in front of a wide audience as soloists, accompanied by a symphony orchestras.
